Avg 1.5-3 lbs. Burger: 1 or 2 lb. pkg. Ribs: 1 lb. pkg. Brisket: 3 lb. pkg. (Must request at order) Stew/Fajita cut: 1 lb. pkg. Soup bones: 1 lb. pkg. Oxtail: 1 lb. pkg. Organs: liver, heart, & tongue.

Options: Pre-made 1/3 patties, brats, and flavoring has an additional $1.00 per lb. cost.

Down Payments: Half of the total cost is required 2 weeks prior to pickup or delivery.

Delivery Options: More than 60 miles from our farm, there is a $100.00 delivery fee only within the state of Indiana. Delivery to surrounding states is available for an additional cost.

All half orders will receive a real finished bison decorative skull & bison cook book!
